go WALK shelter DOGS

pitzy

Every year millions of homeless dogs await their fate behind the chain-link walls of a shelter. Shelter dogs wait days, weeks, or even years for a home…and every day they wait for a walk.

Animal shelters are everywhere in every size, kill versus no-kill, privately owned or government run, and the differences go on and on. No two animal shelters are alike, but there is one thing that remains the same. Animal shelters are a second chance for our homeless pets.

  1. I volunteer at my local shelter walking our big dogs. I tell everyone the dogs are my therapy. They don’t care how rich, smart or pretty you are, they just love you. I love being a volunteer
